Dhruv Rathee gets new legal notice for hurting Hindu religious sentiments

Master Sumit Kumar, an author and a youtuber, who owns and manages the YouTube channel @RaamayanOrgGuru and the website MasterKumar.com/ has sent a legal notice to youtuber Dhruv Rathee registering his objection upon a Hindu religious video uploaded by Dhruv Rathee last year in 2023 on the occasion of Deepwali.
Dhruv Rathee's video is titled: "Truth about raamayan | Shri Raam | Diwali special".

According to youtuber Master Kumar, in his video youtuber Dhruv Rathee had insulted the epic Raamayan when Dhruv Rathee started comparing Raamayan to movies, and even Lord Raam to Spiderman and Lord Hanuman to Santa Claus.

Master Kumar said and I quote:
"Dhruv Rathee has a habit of making baseless illogical comparisons in his videos. He had made a similar illogical comparison in his fruit juice video before, for which he was taken to courts by Dabur India. At that time, Dhruv Rathee had only insulted a few fruit juice companies. But now Dhruv Rathee had made similar meaningless illogical comparisons about the epic Raamayan and about Lord Raam himself. This is an insult beyond our tolerance level, tolerance of us all who consider Raamayan a historical account of Lord Raam's life, and tolerance of crores of Hindus who worship Lord Raam."

In addition to this, while talking about Valmiki Raamayan, Dhruv Rathee had also directly insulted Lord Hanuman when Dhruv Rathee started comparing acts of Lord Hanuman to myths and metaphors and to Santa Claus story. Dhruv Rathee said and I quote:
"Incidents like Lord Hanuman swallowing the Sun have no place in science and history." Dhruv Rathee later added that such incidents are comparable to Santa Claus story.

Master Kumar had raised an objection on these statements also, saying that these incidents are not written in the epic Valmiki Raamayan. Master Kumar said and I quote:
"Maharishi Valmiki only mentioned that Lord Hanuman jumped towards the Sun, never wrote that Lord Hanuman swallowed the Sun or even reached near it. Dhruv Rathee had used something from a comic book and presented it as a proven fact from Valmiki Raamayan. And then he had used this made up incident to dishonour Raamayan and Lord Hanuman. Using the made up incident, Dhruv Rathee declared Raamayan as a mythical metaphorical essay, or even Santa Clause story. He had followed a similar pattern in other parts of his video to defame Lord Raam and Lord Hanuman and to disapprove Raamayan."

In the five page long legal notice sent to Dhruv Rathee's email id mentioned on his website, Master Kumar had pointed out all the objectionable portions of Dhruv Rathee's video. The legal notice also explains in detail why the portion of the video is objectionable and what is the actual truth of the matter. Master Kumar had given fifteen days time to Dhruv Rathee to register his reply on the legal notice. Failing to do so will force Master Kumar to take further legal action on the youtuber Dhruv Rathee.
